I've been to this yoga studio several times, and it's always an excellent experience. The instructors are truly outstanding - knowledgeable, supportive, and inspiring. The warm room is perfect, creating an ideal environment for a relaxing and invigorating session. Each visit leaves me feeling rejuvenated and centered. The power class from specifically Lyric was so so good! I cant say the same about my other power class experience here, but if you stick to Lyric's its something to come back for!
