I feel very lucky to have found Sarah and her practice devoted just to fertility acupuncture. She has been my fertility coach that I didn’t realize I really needed! We started our fertility journey a few years ago when we were trying to conceive naturally at an older age, I have always had great experiences with acupuncture in the past even when using it to induce labor naturally with my first pregnancy ten years ago, so I knew I definitely needed it in my arsenal for fertility. Sarah is super smart and knowledgeable and over the last couple of years helped me to get to the bottom of many of my women’s symptoms, pointing me in the right medical directions at times and ultimately having a big influence on me doing IVF. I had mixed feelings about IVF and wasn’t sure I even wanted to go down that route at my age, but she helped me to navigate the whole process and many of my concerns were alleviated by learning from the experience she had working with so many women that went through it successfully. It made me more comfortable to go for it and I am so thankful I did! I am 5 months pregnant now at age 46, pregnant on our first embryo transfer!!! I do attribute a lot of the success of the first transfer working so well achieving a pregnancy with healthy baby growing to being able to use this proven ancient healing modality! I can’t say enough how great my experience has been, the compassion and expertise of Sarah and everyone there are a rarity to find, and as for the acupuncture itself it is unbelievably relaxing to me. I am continuing to do it weekly even into my pregnancy because I know the health benefits it is providing including healthy blood flow to baby, hormone regulation and helping me to regulate my stress levels which have flared up with the pregnancy hormones. If I could do acupuncture every day I would it is that relaxing and I believe beneficial! We are lucky to have such a great resource in the Knoxville area, if you are on a fertility journey I found it was not enough to just rely on the fertility doctors having this type of encompassing support throughout the process is priceless! THANK YOU again for having such a great practice and team and truly caring for your patients!!!

After going through two losses, I started fertility acupuncture and within just a few months I was not only able to conceive, but also maintain a healthy pregnancy. Pregnant folks or those who want to become pregnant—look no further. I am SO thankful for Sarah and her team!! It’s fantastic that a facility like this exists in Knoxville. Sarah is detail-oriented, incredibly kind, and phenomenal at her job. I started going to Sarah weekly for acupuncture at 36 weeks pregnant and thanks to her and my medical team, was able to have a successful VBAC with spontaneous onset of labor. I feel strongly that the end of my pregnancy and progression of labor went so well due in part to Sarah!

Sarah's no doubt one of the best healthcare providers I ever came across in my adult life. Not only she's an expert in acupuncture and holistic health, but she truly cares about the patients as whole human beings and their well-being. I could talk to her about anything from mental health, to baby caring tips, and everything in between. She always listens with great patience and compassion, and provides input in the most gentle and helpful way. I attribute us being blessed with our baby girl largely to Sarah, and I see her care as an integral part of my wellbeing routine. The clinic is clean, professional, and cozy.
