I cannot express my gratitude enough to the owner Randy. He is such a class act. He is honest and professional. He has come out on 3 occasions to keep our older system going. He's never pushy about getting a new system (even though we will go through him when we're ready). He replaced the coil in our current system and got it working great again! He's there for all of my AC questions and always makes himself available. If you're looking for an HVAC guy this is your guy!

Absolute best! I called a few places and did not received calls back. When I called Randy and Precision Comfort he came by on Saturday morning to look at my compressor and situation and made a recommendation on how to fix my upstairs not cooling properly. We went with an additional ductless system for the upstairs and his team promptly came a few days later to install it. It was exactly what we needed and I won't even consider calling another heating/cooling company. Everything was installed fast, friendly, and professional.
