My mother recently had her 20-plus-year-old roof replaced. Following months of estimates, we selected Pinnacle Home Improvements (Knoxville Office). From the initial consultation to the final shingle placement, our experience with the company was exceptional. Adam and his production team were readily available to address any questions or concerns. The crew arrived before 7am and worked until nearly 8pm for two consecutive days. Pinnacle recently installed new gutter protection at our home. It's already proving a solid investment. The finished job also included new wrap on the fascia board which closely matches existing paint shades. Everything looks nice and works well. We're impressed with the product and especially appreciate all the care and skill shown during the selection and installation process.
Excellent work. I'm extremely happy with the materials, the installation crew, the sales people. The finished look makes my home look 10 years younger, so neat and trim. Top notch professional job. I'd recommend them to my family and closest friends.
