I just wanted to say how kind and caring the staff were. I had a really unique situation with my family pup. They were so kind and helpful and truly care about the well being of your animal. They also take the time to talk you through each step. Couldn’t have asked for a better vet visit today.

I appreciate that they have Saturday hours and have more than 1 veterinarian on staff. Previous vet had M-F, only, and had no vet one week because she was on vacation. The attention paid to my dog, and my description of her problem was good. The vet asked questions to clarify and better diagnose.

My dog is an 18lb Havanese that is absolutely terrified to go to the vet, and has always been. He had his ear cut badly during a grooming at another vet when he was little, and now he just goes into a full blown panic. I've taken him to many offices in the area, and even had one vet tell me he was just "rude!" Northshore Animal Hospital is wonderful with Bodhi. He still panics and is still terrified, but they are so sweet with him. They are so understanding even when Bodhi growls and such. You don't know how much I appreciate that they know how to deal with a frightened dog.
