I have been a member here for years. The staff goes above and beyond to help me and make it easy to put my membership on hold (due to surgery, travel, etc) and schedule services. I’ve been trying to find my favorite massage therapist and I found one in Kourtnee. She is so kind and polite and varies the amount of pressure based on what I need. She doesn’t chit chat like others do, but does converse if I ask questions and comment.
This location is very convenient and it’s a real treat to indulge in a monthly massage.
Maryanna is a great massage therapist, she fixed my knots from carrying my 30 pound baby around all day and made me feeling I can seize the day again. The staff here is so friendly and accommodating about scheduling. I love massage envy Cherokee plaza!
Massage Envy in Bearden is awesome. Front desk staff are great, and I found several therapists that are quite good at finding sore spots! All the therapists I've seen have been very responsive to pressure requests--firmer or lighter. Highly recommend them!
