Took my dog in for a nail trim. I always have had problems cause she definitely doesn't like it. But it went amazing here. My Penny did so great. I will 💯 take her back there along with some my other dogs

Riley went for grooming today and he is absolutely gorgeous 😍. Kats did a remarkable job. His toenails and face are perfect. I am a tad OCD and uneven facial hair and toenails are really noticable to me Kudos to Kats for above and beyond.

Wanted to give it a couple of visits before leaving a review to make sure I can do so fairly. And if you're reading this and don't bring your pup to Kat's then you're doing it wrong!
I can't compliment them enough on friendliness and warm atmosphere. Every visit, which we would just walk in for, they took my dog back right away for nail trims and glands, and were fast AND careful with my dog. She's a little skittish yet not once did anyone try to treat her like anything but the princess she is. Prices were very fair, less than taking her to the vet for the same thing, and less stress!
Thank you to the whole team there, me n Hazy will be back regularly for her pedicures! 😝

BEWARE! Of Kat’s Dog House Grooming! If you say something the owner doesn’t like or alert her of a bad job done by one of her groomers she will publicly post her customer’s private text messages on Facebook and call you a DEMON and EVIL. She will lie about you and call you demonic and chastise you publicly. This has happened to me and I’ve seen her do this to multiple customers. She will use your full name on her post. You can see all this yourself on her Facebook page, look at date of 12/21/25. SHE TOOK DOWN HER HATEFUL RANT WHERE SHE CALLED HER CUSTOMER EVIL AND A DEMON. I would give her zero stars if I could. No one needs this kind of treatment when trying to get your dog groomed. Customer service and integrity are seriously lacking at this business.

I have taken my dog there 3 times and paid for a full groom and also tipped very well and did not received the services I paid for. Had to take my dog to his vet for them to trim his nails which hadn’t been trimmed and they also advised at his vet that they have never trimmed the hair on his paws. I had also found 3 different small cuts on him where they had knicked him. The last groom they called to see if I had been charged or not and I had been. I do not recommend them.

Excellent staff. Never have an issue setting up an appointment. I love that my pooch doesn't have to stay all day, typically I drop her off at 10 and they text me for pickup by 1 or so. Always hated other places that made her sit in a cage all day.

I have to say we just moved to the area and Amber is my favorite winner. Have to say she’s excellent with the dog and even my dog a hole.
