Jason Phelps was not a customer of East Tennessee Lock and Key. That last review is false East Tennessee lock and Key would never demand payment for no work or show up late without a phone call. He must’ve used another Locksmith) because East Tennessee lock and key does excellent service and respects all of its customers. It’s sad. It’s come to this when someone can make a false review and never have used The Locksmith. There are a lot of locksmiths out there that take advantage of customers, but East Tennessee lock and Key is not one of them.

Showed up late then demanded payment after another company completed the service in a timely manner. After saying they were late and shouldn’t receive payment threatened to call the police. Sad that’s this is what it has come too for subpar service

Such great service! Not only was Gavin able to unlock an antique trunk no one else had been able to, but he did so efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Great communication and overall experience.

Called them to cut a key that I lost but when the guy came to my house he told me that he would need to replace the entire lock. I didn't have to much of a problem with the guy replacing the lock, the problem is with the poor installation by the tech. Kind of my fault, I didn't check the techs work after he finished, I took his word that he was finished. To make a long story short, I had to remove the lock and put it back on myself.
