I live in downtown Knoxville and needed to find a new hairstylist. I found E.D. Bailey and was set up with an appointment with Ben. He did a great job and very friendly to chat with . The shop is in a very old building on Central Ave. which was also very cool ! Anyway, I highly recommend them !
