These guys rocked! They did what they say way better than the first national company we had come out. They made are carpets look like new again! We plan to only use clean pros carpet cleaning from now on! The monthly plans are the way to go for sure. You basically get a free cleaning every year and we don't have to pay all up front!
We were asked to vacuum under the cushions before technician started (even though we were paying Clean pro to clean the couch.) After later inspection I saw that there was still dirt and debris under couch cushions that were left after being “cleaned”. Clean pro left couch cushions laying around haphazardly and did not offer to clean up wet leaves dragged through my house from their equipment. I was also told cushions would be dry in 30min- 1 hour (I knew that wasn’t true). The cushions were not completely dry until the next afternoon. Call somewhere else.
I highly recommend Clean Pros Carpet Cleaning! Quick turn around on their services. Easy communication. Removed pet stains from carpet and area rug. Guys were easy to get along with and worked quickly. They did everything I asked for and beat everyone else’s price, as well!
