I’ve been going to Cecy’s Salon for few months now. Xioli continues to do an excellent job with the highlights and the transition from black to silver highlights. The whole process is long but she makes it enjoyable. They are all very kind. Good job!!
Cecy was absolutely amazing. I really believe it was the best haircut I have ever had. Her attention to detail, and care in cutting my hair exactly like I wanted was impeccable! This is my new salon!
First time there and it was a pleasant experience. Alma gave me some insight about the cut I wanted and how my hair texture would affect it. I made my choices. She did the thing and I loved the outcome. I will definitely be back.
