I absolutely trust Carol with my coloring and cutting needs. If you want advice or ideas she doesn't hesitate but if you know you want she goes with that as well. She's also cut my fine-haired blonde teen boys hair with ease which is hard to find. She's down to earth, open and honest and easy to spend time with. Carol is the only person I will let cut and color or highlight my hair. She always seems to know what to do even when I don’t do a very good job of articulating what I want.
