This place will always treat you right. I have been getting my nails done here ever since my mother had my older brother—I basically grew up in this salon. I got my nails done on 03/24/25 by someone new. I always welcome new technicians learning and doing my nails because nail art is a craft that takes time to perfect. However, my nails ended up lifting because they weren’t completely filed underneath. When I walked in to ask for it to be fixed, it wasn’t an issue at all. I love every worker at this salon and will continue to come back because they are so understanding and welcoming to everyone. I've been here many times and have been impressed all of those times. The prices are GREAT compared to most in Knoxville. It's clean, friendly staff, and they do a great job!
Andy gave a great pedicure. Very detailed and gentle on the cutting and trimming and gives a killer bottom of foot and arch massage as part of the basic pedicure. The chairs also are deep massages and really do give a strong massage too. I highly recommend Andy at all star nails.
