Thank you to the entire staff for taking such great care of my puppies! Everyone always take extra time to make sure they will be taken care of during their stay and I know they will be safe & happy whenever they are boarding with AllKreatures!
very good as usual. Bath was very well done. overnight boarding good as usual. Only complaint that I have had for years is the early closing which makes getting boarded pet difficult, especially on Sunday. Reason given is staff not trained on handling checkout payments. many simple solutions for this...such as pre pay for boarding and credit card on file for any additional charges. One person is all that is needed to pick up pet after 5:30 p.m. or earlier on sunday.
My dog has gone to more than one kennel and stayed with my daughter since I travel often. He knows when I pack my bags and his food and we get in the car he's going somewhere, and he barks and complains the entire drive. When we get to all Kreatures he goes straight in wagging his tail and seems content. I think he would give it 5 stars if he could type. And the staff is friendly and professional to humans as well.
