Exceptional service from start to finish! Our AC went out on a 90-degree day due to a dead compressor. We called in the morning, and within just four hours, a technician was at our home diagnosing the issue and walking us through multiple options. By the very next day, we had a brand new AC unit installed and running.
Tony was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Jerry was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable beyond his years, and an absolute pleasure to work with. My outside AC unit was not functioning properly. It's an older unit, and I was told by other companies that the parts needed to repair it would take "2 or 3 weeks" to come in and that it probably wasn't even worth repairing due to its age. I then talked to Tony and he had me text the model# of the unit to him. Well, by that afternoon he had the needed parts picked up from a local warehouse and the tech was out at my house completing the repairs. He kept me informed every step of the way.
