I wanted to tell you about coming in to the back of the store and speaking with an associate named John Mark, this man was beyond professional and kind, he told us where we will find some otter boxes after a few minutes he notice we were in the wrong area came and directed Us right to it. Not only did he find the right thing and take us to another place of the store where it had the OtterBox for the phone I had in his kindness he also put it on for me, this is what I call service dedication and professionalism I can't say enough good about the store, one time prior last year I had a problem with a gift card and the store manager took care of it 100%, this was something... read full review

I am a retired disabled army veteran. I was waiting in my vehicle for my niece who is now living with us to arrive with her dad last night at Walmart on Market St. when I got approached by 3 cars while 1 officer and a Walmart employee proceeded to make statements that because the store is closed and it's late that I must be a Drug Dealer. Again I'm a Disabled Veteran with 3 tours to Iraq.... I've seen more crap than most of the cops here have. I am going to be contacting the chief of police in Johnson City about this. I came in for an oil change before a 4hr ride back to Georgia and was greeted by Amy. I wanted advice anit nothing more on the condition of my tires. Amy took one look and realize it unsafe and requested I service my tires. She took it upon her self to provide extra care to my situation and was extremely helpful and informative. I was skeptical about getting new tires but with Amy's help, I felt comfortable and happy. I hope to always cross path with someone like Amy when receiving customer service in my future.
