Snowden's put on a metal roof and all new guttering for us three years ago. There was extensive sheeting replacement necessary before the metal roofing was put on and complete removal of an entire asphalt shingle roof. They hauled away all the shingles and cleaned up all around the house. I couldn't be happier with the job they did for us and the price was very fair and reasonable. The entire job was completed in three days. I can highly recommend Snowden's !

We had a piece of fascia come loose on the apex of our home requiring a substantial extension ladder to repair. Snowden’s came out quickly and immediately repaired. Second time they have come to the rescue for us. Other companies were not interested, needed weeks to respond and/or wanted substantially more money. This company is the BEST! We used Snowden’s roofing after hurricane Helene for a total roof replacement and smaller repairs with our gutters and siding. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. They patiently worked with us while we were going back-and-forth with insurance, coming out several times to get shingle samples, etc. Karen Snowden runs the business side and she is incredibly responsive to any questions. Lynn and his team were also great. We got several quotes from different companies before beginning work and they were all similar. We went with Snowden because the customer service was so good. They were here on time and completed the work quickly and within the quote given. We do not have a straightforward roof (lots of angles and dormers). There was a small unexpected issue at the end of the job which they came out and fixed free of charge after full payment was received. It’s hard to find honest workers these days but Snowden is definitely one of them. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Snowden's is the best of the best! They've done two roofing and one gutter job for me and we were completely satisfied. Their installers are employees and not subcontractors as many roofing companies are today. I got six quotes. Karen and Lynn stood out for their promptness, fair pricing and 'availability' which is hard to come by today! I referred Snowden's to others, and they too were happy! Even if there is an 'after install' issue they are prompt and follow-up with any needed corrective actions! Highly recommended!
