My tech, Suljo Heralic, was on time, and did an awesome job! He has been to our home before, and if we need Roto-Rooter again, we will ask for him by name! He had to replace a pipe that was deep in my yard, and not only did he do it in a timely manner, but he left my yard neat with nothing out of place! Please recognize him, powers that be! You have an awesome employee!
Also the customer service that I received from this company was exceptional! Thanks roto-rooter!
Skyler Baird was absolutely amazing. Explained everything in detail was very professional. Cleaned up all of where everything backed up in bathtub,that was very impressive.Hope I never have a problem again to call you guys but if I do, I will definitely call you and ask for Skyler Baird.
My experience with Suljo was absolutely amazing!!! He was very knowledgeable and kind! He explained everything so clearly! He takes great pride in his work! Lewis came as well! He has had to put up with me before!?? I was very excited to see him! Lewis has always been honest and knowledgeable about what he does! Suljo and Lewis make a horrible situation, 1000 times better just by being themselves! If you’re in a bad mood when they arrive you definitely will not be when they leave!! Their energy is absolutely amazing!! Thank you both so much for saving the day!!
