I had the pleasure of working with Shawn he does wonderful work and finds the problem would recommend 10 out of a 10 if you have a problem, definitely give Rota Router a call. They are kind professional, and will help you solve your problem.
This was a great experience from start to finish. Very professional and we were informed details all the way through! From telephone conversations throughout the completion of the job, we were kept informed. Nathan was amazing! Such a nice, polite and knowledgeable young man! It was such a pleasure getting to know such a nice person and feeling secure knowing we were being taken care of! He let us know with each step what needed to be done next. I was very scared of what it would cost but it wasn’t as bad as I thought! Very reasonable in fact. I highly recommend this company and Nathan Agliam!
Suljo and Skyler were great. Even though we ended up not needing any service after all they were very thorough in the inspection and also gave quotes in case the clog returned. They were the third plumbers to come out and instead of trying to convince me to replace the whole plumbing system ($7400+ per other companies) they quoted just the issue at hand less than $1000. If there is any other issues that arise I will be calling them immediately!
