I would highly recommend Dr.Berry to anyone. He is phenomenal! I’ve have 3 appointments with him for vein work and will be going for my next one in two weeks. He is very gentle and everyone there has been so nice and worked with me on scheduling! You never have to wait long in the lobby once you come in for your appointment they pretty much have took me straight back every time. The office is also extremely clean. I went to the Johnson city office.

I went in to get a procedure done, before going | had called and was told a price, GREAT! When I got there, the price had went up $1,000 | don't know why, the lady in the front (Danielle) argued with me and said that I had heard WRONG! Also the UNPROFESSIONALISM from the girl with the glasses that sat next to her, giving dirty looks at me because again I didn’t understand how the price went up so much. So I left, I have heard excellent things about Dr. Berry from friends, So I will be going to the Abingdon office and NEVER RETURN to the Johnson City since it seems like all they want to do is OVERCHARGE the patients and take advantage of CASH PAYING CLIENTS! DO NOT RECOMMEND JOHNSON CITY AT ALL TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The staff, the atmosphere and the service is top tier! I got a basic level facial and Lilly was so sweet. She did so good! My skin has never felt so smooth, hydrated and plump. I love it and will definitely be back!!❤️❤️
