Lots of equipment for a smaller gym. It has a pool and showers. Good price a n d no contract with month to month dues.

I’m going through therapy now for my second knee replacement this year. All of the staff at Optimus in Jefferson City are great from the receptionist to the therapist. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. Most importantly is the knowledge they have and that they treat everyone equally and respectfully. I recommend this facility to anyone that needs therapy.
Monica, Vicky, Hope, Sebastian, Mila. All are wonderful and helpful. The front desk is very willing to work around my busy schedule. I’ve recovered from two total knee replacements, one shoulder tendon reattachment. Back to running lifting and enjoying life again.

I had been struggling with plantar fasciitis for almost three years. The heel pain was constant—especially in the mornings or after standing for long periods—and nothing I tried seemed to bring lasting relief.
On July 23rd, I began shockwave therapy at Optimus Health Center, and the results have been excellent. Since starting treatment, the pain has almost completely gone away. I can walk, stay active, and get through my day without the discomfort that used to hold me back.
After years of frustration, shockwave therapy at Optimus has made a truly significant difference. I’m finally able to move comfortably again, and I’m so thankful to their team for helping me get back on my feet—literally.

Erik does a fantastic job.He just gave me a new arm and shoulder . The staff is super sweet. Maddie and Abbie are super sweet and helpful. They will take care of you if you have any problems.
