My husband and I have bought two houses from Kenny and Deyln Seal, of this office. We've looked at probably over 50. Their patience in helping us find our homes never tired. Our experience with this real estate firm has been exceptional. They've been very honest and hard working. Not all real estate firms in Eastern Tennessee are created equal. This area of Tennessee has competing MLS listing services. So, it is difficult to find all of the listings in one spot. Some listing agents will not honor the standardly accepted commission. As a result, some selling agents won't show the properties they have listed, even if it is a disservice to their clients. House hunting in the lake region, you pick up on quirks that are unique to the area. My husband and I are very happy to have found Kenny and Deyln. Jackson Real Estate and Auction has been wonderful to work with.
