Staff was very friendly.. The station wasn't clean hair was left on station.. clippers and combs the towel on the station had hair all over it. I remember great clips keeping a clean salon and the stations clean. Not anymore this is the 2nd time I've experienced this. Have some pride in your work area and for sanitary reasons please clean as you go.

This is not the usual great clips that I take my boys to but we had used them once before with a positive experience. (I incorporated that into my rating). But this last time was an odd experience. My 7yr old has straight shaggy hair. He has long bangs in the front. From the start, the lady whose name tag said manager, seemed very eager to cut all of his hair off so he wouldn't "look like a girl anymore" . I simply wanted those bangs trimmed. She kept going on about how he looks like a girl. So this professional hairstylist proceeds to cut these bangs straight accross, in what I can only describe as a He-man do.
