I had the pleasure of visiting this spa a couple times and it was a very pleasant experience. I was able to get many of my soreness out. I walked away refreshed and very relaxed. I will definitely return.

It is a very nice alternative to the existing massage services. The owner works by herself only on reduced work hours and profitt is not her main motivation, customer satisfaction is. I received a very comfortable professional massage after I was asked to inform of any problems with my joints or muscles (I have a bad lower back). The therapist is an active sport person and has a good knowledge and advices for how to keep the body fit and healthy. I will definitely return for treatment again.

Courteous, professional, and therapeutic spa services. Therapist is a real sports enthusiast and applies this knowledge to the sessions. Attention is focused on the client and never rushed. Offering different levels of pain management in a clean environment has been my experience. Would highly recommend R & R Med Spa.
