All the 5 star reviews are warranted! This after-hours walk-in clinic is a godsend for children of Sumner County. Staff is courteous and efficient. Everyone we encountered, patient registration staff, nurses, and doctor, were kind and knowledgeable. Clinic was busy when we were there and we were still able to get out within a hour. I've waited longer for a scheduled appointment at my son's pediatrician office. When the pharmacy didn't have my son's prescription, I was able to call the clinic at their closing time, speak with the doctor, and get the prescription changed immediately. This customer service is appreciated and hard to find in the healthcare system. Thank you, thank you!

I took my son there on the weekend. The doctor truly listened to what I was saying about his illness and was very thorough checking him over. Dr. Pierson was her name I believe, and Nurse Shannon. I don't come across many doctors that actually listen. She only had note paper and a pen, jotting notes as I talked, which was fantastic because every other doctor is too busy staring and clicking a computer. She even repeated back what I said to make sure she heard me right!!

Absolutely wonderful! I walked in with a child having trouble breathing. They immediately came out to the waiting area and assessed him. He was taken directly to the back and treated within minutes. They were very concerned about him. They went above and beyond to treat him. In the end, we had to be transferred to the er but they ensured every was set up for a smooth transfer. They sent us with extra diapers, drinks and snacks. They took care of the whole family. I was thoroughly impressed with the care and the heart shown by this practice!! Highly recommended!!
