Dr. William Shannon, DVM

Dr. Shannon is memorable not only for the wonderful care he constantly gave to my precious dog Angel; but for his equal emotional consideration to me, the pet owner. His understanding of how to treat the pet and pet owner is beyond anything I have ever experienced in all my many years. I have not lived in TN for many years, but I never forgot him and how impressed I was with him. it may be that the current Dr. William Shannon is his son, and not the Dr. Shannon of years ago, but I am sure if that is the case, based on reviews I am seeing, this current Dr. Shannon learned well from his Dad how to be a caring, compassionate and wonderful Doctor. The staff was very kind and answered my many questions. The person (Desiree I think), who received Molly when she was brought in. The doctor was also very kind and took time to talk to me and give me as much info as possible on the incident and follow up. Thank you all!!

I will never take any pets anywhere else. I had to go through the rough time of losing a pet and they were super understanding and helped make sure it was an easy as a transition as possible.
