I sold a property in Knox County to Jesse James Nathan of The Developers Team LLC. Prior to closing, he agreed—outside the contract—to pay an additional $5,000 in good faith. After closing, he confirmed in writing that he would honor the agreement, but has since ignored multiple requests and failed to pay.
Despite boasting about his financial success and business credibility, he refuses to follow through on a simple agreement. I’m now left with no option but to pursue the matter legally.
Word of advice: If you do business with The Developers Team, get everything in writing and don’t rely on verbal promises—no matter how sincere they may seem. Avoid the headache.
