Probably working out a town for the last two years and needed a place to stay. I called them about some properties that they had and we walk through the process of getting me into an apartment while I was still out of the state. He didn't made it very easy for me to do my application pay all my fees and they let one of my friends pick up my keys for me. I couldn't have asked for it easier transaction and now I have housing when I leave here in a month. Took a lot of stress off of me. I would recommend them for rental property. I haven't tried to list a home or purchase a home.
