Everyone there makes you and your pets feel comfortable, loved and most importantly, heard. They listen to you and your concerns and find solutions to the problem. ***updated 2020*** I'm not sure what has changed about GAH, but my compliments to the docs and staff. They seem completely dedicated to the new fear-free initiatives and I'm beyond impressed with the turnaround. I've had two amazing experiences in a row and I'm in awe. Even throughout the difficulties of COVID precaution, they've been wonderful. Thank you all so much!

I had to take my very sick dog in today so he could cross over the rainbow bridge. The staff was very caring. After he had passed on, they wrapped him up, made a paw print mold for me, cut a lock of hair and tied it in a bow. The compassion and care was very appreciated. We are very thankful.
