Everyone is so friendly and understanding. I highly reccomend this place. I am very nervous and high strug about my teeth and being at the dentist but they always put me at ease and make me feel very comfortable.
Dr. McClain and team are warm, friendly, and professional. My visits have been well coordinated and included thorough description of treatment plan and insurance coverage. Dr. McClain, while efficient, comes across as unhurried and focused on my understanding and comfort. Shout out to Rachel today for her capable and comforting assistance. So happy to have found Goodlettsville Smiles!
This was my first visit with Goodlettesville Smiles. Dr McClain and my dental hygienist, Chandni were very professional. Chandni was very knowledgeable and thorough explaining the entire process and expectations. I never felt rushed.The office is sanitized, very clean and neat.The receptionist greeted me with a smile.I would recommend this office to anyone.
