This was my first time using Levee Dental and Dr. Davis was amazing! He extracted 9 teeth and installed 4 implants in preparation for a snap in denture. The process went very well and within 36 hours I was virtually pain free. I worried for years about having this procedure performed, however, using Levee Dental makes me wish I would have done it a long time ago.

I’ve been a patient for almost 3 years. I’ve had lots of work done as I am prone to dental issues. I scheduled a root canal recently and while making the appointment I was told that I needed to pay for half upfront to make the appointment. That’s standard and I did so with no issue. The day of the appointment I walked in (after leaving work early) and was told that I have a balance of $1600 including the root canal treatment. I asked “how is this possible when I paid for half already”. Then, at that moment, I was told that what I paid went towards my previous balance. “PREVIOUS BALANCE?!?” Why was I never told about a balance every time I’ve checked in for other treatments or why was I never issued a bill? Why not when I made the appointment in the first place?!? It would’ve been taken care of immediately had Renee or any of the other office workers notified me. Bottom line, they aren’t doing their job. So I was refused treatment by the dentist until I paid the balance. I paid what I owed (what insurance didn’t cover) and told them to give me my file to transfer elsewhere. Paying for my treatment was never an issue. It’s unfortunate because Dr. Davis is a great dentist but the way I was handled today by his staff and the other dentist, as if I’m not trusted to make my payments although they dropped the ball, rubbed me the wrong way. I no longer trust them and will be going to a more professionally ran business.

Levee Dental is the absolute best! The very first time in almost 50 years that I had any type of oral procedure and I did NOT cry tears of pain. Great job by Dr. McPherson and his assistant!

I add an appointment. There was an accident on expressway which caused me to be 13 minutes late. The office state because it 13 minutes instead of 10 minutes late I have to reschedule.
