OH MY GOD I CAN GO ON AND ON WITH MY PRAISE FOR HOURS FOR SARAH! I am a POC so naturally have thicker hair! I explained to Sarah before our appointment about having extremely painful and bad experiences with previous esthetician. She let me explain everything and promised a better experience.
