Alex at Patriot Mortgage was extremely helpful and responsive. He explained all the loan lock option to us, and how they calculate the loan interest rates and closing costs. Everything was above-board and understandable. What I most appreciated, being from out of state an in a different time zone, was that he was ALWAYS available on email with quick responses.
