This is my 4th space redesigned and completed by the Closet Company. Alyssa designed exactly what I needed and the installers showed up on time with a 30 minute heads-up phone call. They were finished in 1.5 hours (small space, but still…) and they always leave the space cleaner than they found it. My space was completed quickly and thoroughly and the gentlemen were polite and friendly. Another perfect execution from conception to finished product.
We had the best experience working with Alyssa, from the Closet Company. She listened to our needs, came up with great ideas, worked with us to make changes that made more sense and produced an amazing product for us. We couldn't be happier with our "custom" closet design. It's so refreshing to work with someone who really emulates customer service. We get compliments from everyone who sees it and tell them to call Alyssa at The Closet Company for their next project. When we had to renovate our main bathroom due to water damage, we decided last minute to redo our walk-in closet as well. With a big blank space and a couple of hanging rods on the wall, we had no idea where to start. As a Nashville native, I’ll always find a way to use a local, family-owned business when possible, so despite knowing we probably couldn’t afford it, I set up a consultation with the Closet Company.
