Luke Denman did my haircut I came in nervous, however, he was polite and at the end did an amazing job.

Very disappointing experience. I walked in at 4:09 PM while Apple Maps shows they close at 5:00 PM, and was immediately told “we’re closed” and refused service.

I understand not taking late clients, but the way it was handled was rude and unprofessional. There was no explanation—just a dismissive attitude.

What made it worse is that I reached out to the owner afterward and was completely ignored.

As a new resident, this was not a welcoming experience at all. I won’t be returning.

I showed the guy an image, and it’s surfer curtain bangs right, so I ask him if he still needs the pic, he says no and starts cutting. In the image, there is a swoop and the hair goes down to the ears. He shows me the mirror, and it’s a high fade, no swoop and an entirely different style and like an inch off the top. They do good haircuts…but business practice and customer service is awful. DO NOT DO A WALK IN! With an appointment we had to still had to wait 45 minutes. No apology. Another time I sent my husband with our 2 kids because online it showed one of their barbers had availability every 30 minutes all day. So I thought great, he should be able to walk-in with the kids. He got there, added their names to the walk in list and waited for 30 minutes while in the meantime others booked those available appointment times online (AFTER my husband had checked in). They should plug walk ins into their available appointment times when they show up. Ultimately my husband walked out. We won’t be back.

My husband has been going to Tony for years. My son received his first haircut from Tony. Every barber in the shop is friendly and professional. I absolutely love the sports theme and memorabilia displayed throughout the shop. Thanks for being a Franklin staple!

This is the best barbershop and barbers in Franklin. The atmosphere is customer friendly and especially cool for the kidos. Baseball cards, video games and great cuts. Thanks guys, we'll be back soon!

This is not a cookie cutter barber shop. Tony and his staff are amazing. I’ve been using Tony for 25 years. It feels so nice to walk in and feel the good vibes. Tony only takes appointments which can be made through the vagaro app. They stay pretty busy so it’s wise to call and see the wait time. The finished product is well worth the wait.
We live in an area where there are a lot of people living here, not from here.
When it happens, problems abound.
Entitled people simply do not respect the culture they have moved into.
There are signs clearly stating where you can and cannot park. It blows my mind that people are offended when they are asked politely to move their vehicles as there is public parking all around.
