I had a nightmare experience with Best Care Services. I still haven't recovered from this horrible company...but thankfully I met Saul with Artic. To be so young, he is extremely knowledgeable, professional and soo dang sweet. Artic is helping me get back on my feet and unstress after being down for a year after a botched job from Best Care. Thank you Artic. Kudos Saul!
Arctic came out and didn’t great job they didn’t hassle me got straight to the problem and notified me once they were done and gave me updates on what I needed to do ! Will use them again
JR & Johnathan were awesome. I had a leak. I didn’t know where it was coming from. Everybody was telling me I couldn’t get any help until Monday and this was a Friday evening. I got a call back from Arctic and said that if I would like for them to come out, they’re on their way. I said please. They stayed until 7:45 PM and took care of everything for me. I will be calling them again if I ever have any other type of problems that they can fix, kudos to Arctic
