On a 100° Memphis weekend (Arctic was closed at the time), our a/c sprung a leak (unbeknownst to us) and it quit putting out cold air. We left a voice message with Arctic and heard back from them within an hour! After assuring them it wasn't an emergency (yet) they scheduled us for service on the following Monday, first thing. A team of HVAC specialists descended upon us and in no time at all the problem was diagnosed, an estimated was delivered, parts were allocated and repair ensued. They are simply fantastic! My wife and I heartily recommend them for all your HVAC needs, big or small.
We were very pleased with the service provided by Arctic. We recently had one of our roof top package units replaced. It did take about 1-1/2 weeks to get an adapter fabricated but Arctic keep us informed of the progress while we waited. The day after the adapter was ready the team from Arctic was onsite. They arrived early in the morning and worked most of day to complete the installation. At one there were 6 workmen onsite including the owner of the Company. The crew was very professional. We highly recommend this Company to someone needing to replace their HVAC unit.

Anthony and Saul arrived very promptly, had the correct parts for two bathrooms, and solved the problems within 30 minutes. Both were most courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We have used Arctic before and had the same awesome results and we will continue to use them. Very satisfied.
