We had an issue with one of our windows being hard to close. We had never utilized the lifetime warranty and wasn't sure what to expect. My husband called and Window World sent someone out within days, even scheduling past their normal window of time to accommodate my husband's work schedule. The tech was in and out in no time at all and now our window works perfectly.
The siding installer Chris Hendrixson was fantastic! I was really concerned about getting an installer that knew what they were doing. You see a lot of siding jobs around that are not great. I was very impressed with his work and the house looks so nice.
Once the men arrived. They were professional and friendly. They did an excellent job removing my old door without damage and replaced with the new door and did extra to make it right. They cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Henry and his men.
