Arrived a little early and staff were very friendly. Front desk helped with insurance. Saw an on screen doctor today and she was very kind! Short wait time, considering. When looking at lenses, I was not pressured into buying anything I did not want. Very satisfied!
Hands down the absolute best place in Cleveland to get your eye exam and frames. I have not only been shown top tier courtesy during my exam and experience but, for my teenager and elementary age child too. I also had to replace my teenager’s glasses with same day frames from a competitor and they were ill fitting, which I only noticed after driving for over thirty minutes. I called this location and without hesitation they let me come in minutes before they closed and adjusted the frames. I will forever go back to this location for all my family’s eye care needs and tell everyone how phenomenal their staff is.
