The employee working up front in Pink was the only help to be found. She measured me when another employee sent me her way, she helped me find what I needed towards the back of the store when I couldn't find anyone else, she opened dressing rooms when noone else could be found.Everyone else could take a lesson from her.I was looking to spend a couple hundred dollars but was disgusted with how all but a single employee refused to work.I wasnt the only customer with this problem. I received an offer via the VS app, for a limited time for 5/$38 on body mist and body lotions, to be used both online and in store. I stopped into the store to smell new scents to add to my bag for the deal, and selected 5. I also added a $12 rollerball scent. I waited nearly 20 minutes in line to check out. Then to top it off, each of the body mists rang up $19.99. The end total should have been $50. + tax, instead it was nearly $80. I brought up the app and showed the lady my offer, and she said, that the app has nothing to do with their actual store, and offers on there are for online only (although it stated for both, online & in-store).
