Technician, Joe, identified problem with my washing machine right away, ordered part, and replaced the next day! I was extremely pleased with the turnaround time The company notified me when the technician was on his way. We have used Mr. Appliance before and did not hesitate to call back when we had a new appliance breakdown. I would use Mr. Appliance again.
