I had an appointment at 11:15 am for a consultation. I am from out of town and had to Uber. I got to the salon 10 min early and it took 5 min before the receptionist checked me in.I was in the waiting area for 40 min. Nobody said a word. It was supposed to be a 20 min appt. I decided to leave .... walking to collect an Uber somewhere that might notice me. I never received a call, a text or any communication after that. But yet I received a review as though I had a service completed. I received absolutely nothing. This could have been my new hair salon but I cannot recommend it.

They didn’t listen to what client requested and they were in a hurry to leave for the evening. Wouldn’t fix haircut issues at two weeks and didn’t ask why request was delayed… which was I had to go to NC because my sister had a mastectomy and I was caregiving. I cancelled future appointments.

I love Shelby (long curly hair). She always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable, and does a fabulous job on my hair. My hair has never been in such good shape.

I just recently moved and got my hair and bangs cut by Melissa. She was amazing and walked me through the whole process of what she was doing to my hair! She was so kind and personable, great salon and people overall!

Everything was done at the best level from the minute I walk thru the door I was pampered. My color and cut was perfect Dennis listens and cares about doing things right so you leave happy

Melissa was great. My hair went completely flat within 2 hours. I’m really bummed because it was a lot of money for a style that didn’t last the whole say.

Dennis confirms how I want my hair cut throughout the entire session. He makes sure he is understanding me. When something is agreed on, he makes notes in a notebook for the next time I come in. Together we are developing a style that I really like for me!

Stylist: Becca helped me decide how to add purple to my hair. I love how she listened to me while discussing what she was going to do! I love my hair and will be back!
