The nurse didn't wear gloves when she took my blood samples. Then they took (literally) months to get me the test results. This happened two years in a row, so apparently it's normal practice. Time to look for a new doctor.

I guess this Office is closed permanently now? I showed up for my appointment to see a sign on the door stating such. I didn't receive a call, text or email through their automated service that they've utilized before.

I hate to make this review, but this office is evidently refusing to release my medical records to my new PCP. I am going without my meds until this happens. Lying about sending my records just to get me off the phone is not the only reason I'm making this post. Being absolutely rude when I call to make appointments and not following through on setting up my new insurance with them made me incapable of receiveing proper care the past few months.
