I was quite pleased with my visit, everything is explained and questions answered. The staff is great from the front desk to the dentist and everyone really seems to care. Very friendly and caring people to take care of all your dental needs. I'm actually excited and looking forward to my next appointment.

The staff was friendly to me, however not so much to my daughter who tried to have a conversation with them, but they ignored her.The bathrooms are dirty, and could use a deep cleaning and possibly renovations.Gnats were flying around while I was sitting in dentist chair.Upon making follow up appointments, the staff member was not very accommodating because she said , "sorry we can only book a max of 3 appointments per family. Your insurance will only pay us $15 per patient, so if we book your entire family in one day we will lose money."So I have to drive an hour to get to appointment at least 3 separate times to make sure the office gets their money's worth from my...read full review

Amazing people, very friendly and focused on dental health. Walked in with mouth pain which another dentist told me would be $2000 to fix, but Castle offered it on the same insurance for $400. They even helped ease the pain by grinding down the cap that was causing me pain without charging me for it. I walked in expecting an exam, and walked out feeling immensely better. Definitely go here.
