I was told the Chattanooga office doesn't participate in Humana Advantage and that I must order, sight unseen, on the 800 number to get Humana benefits. Then after copay is announced and paid for CPAP supplies we find out that Humana hasn't covered some of it because of "coding errors" and 2-4 months later a bill comes for additional copay. They seem to be confused about the Humana rules and this has resulted in an erroneous quotation to me. If I had known this I would have selected another supplier. Think I'll be moving on.
