I could not be more satisfied with the outstanding service from Restoration 911. When my basement flooded, they responded immediately and began working right away. Their team was incredibly efficient and completed the job much faster than I ever expected.

Professional service from start to finish. I was surprised to find that I had mold in my basement. Pat and his team came out to assess everything and walked me through the process. I called 911 Restoration because I didn't realize water damage wasn't just a little water on the floor. Little did I know, it was actually under my half bathroom floor tile, my hallway floor tile, my other bathroom floor tile, and had begun to saturate my bedroom carpet and padding. I wasn't aware how bad the damage was until three days later when my carpet was suddenly damp and stinky. After a day of pulling up the damp carpet, attempting to dry and clean it, I realized it was much worse than I had thought, and called 911 Restoration at around nine at night, thinking they would come the next day.
