I had a procedure done a year ago and recently discovered that this facility received payment 2 weeks before my procedure. Nashville Hair Doctor recommended PatientFi for 12 months no interest. Of course I never received a paper statement and I knew that I had to pay the balance by May 2nd the date of the procedure. Now after calling their office and emailing them I have not heard a word. I do not recommend this place I think they are fraudulent in fact when I had the procedure, this was something I thought about the doctor was nowhere to be found. This is illegal in Most states to have someone doing medical procedures without a doctor present and I am going to report this now. Technician was nice but other than that I regret going to this place and I want everyone to know to take their business elsewhere.

highly recommend them. The beard transplant grafts took very well and looked clear and healthy throughout the entire process. Especially Sauna—she was extremely helpful and caring. After the procedure, they never took more than two hours to reply to any of my emails. If you ever have any concerns, you can simply take photos of your beard transplant area and send them to the team, and they will answer all of your questions. I felt very reassured the whole time.

Care, concern, attention to detail and personalized care. I drove approximately 2.5 hours and received professional treatment with a staff that made the process feel like a welcoming party. From the initial contact to my follow up post op emails and calls the staff have been spot on, professional, attentive and uplifting. I read every single google review and I have to agree with 99% of the reviews, they are a step above the rest. You get lunch brought to you in your OWN private lounge, they tend to you needs from discomfort/pain to medications, to entertainment during the procedure. I will return for another hair transplant to cover two other smaller areas if this grows out as anticipated. Do walk, run to their clinic if you’re looking into FUE. I’ll post an update after 6 months regarding my transplant update.

This is my 2nd Neograft. First was 2000 Grafts to top of my head a year ago with Jessica and Ruth and their work was wonderful so I returned for the crown 16 months later.
Last week, I received a 1000 graft, Neograft Op with Jessica to replenish the crown area. She was Great! I stayed awake the entire time. Process was flawless. She is Great to talk to and knows her job. Very Caring! Same as first surgery, after 7 days, it doesn't look like I had surgery. At 7 days, Gently washed hair, massaged all remaining tiny scabs off and all evidence of surgery is gone. The hair sprouts are visible in their new place. Will take months to start growing but worth the wait. I didn't need Valium, Nausea or Pain Meds during the ops. Jessica does not treat you or talk to you like a doctor does. She was wonderful the whole time!!!

I had transplant with 2000 grafts and even after taking all the post-op care, I see no result after 12 months. They were generous enough to provide free touchup seeing no result with another around 1000 grafts. And its been over 14 months for that and my hairs are thinner than what it were when I started with my first transplant. Staff is helpful and responsive. No complaints about staff its just that after spending lot of money, time and anxiety I am where I was before transplant (if not worse now)

I would definitely rate this establishment as a hot 10 ! I have received great results from my transplant back in January. I was a little doubtful at first due to me not knowing whether or not the grafts would take, but six months from now, I’m at an all-time joy with the results . THANK YOU! I have regained my confidence in appearance AGAIN!

I got my procedure 4 months ago, and the new hair has filled in gorgeously. Concerning price, I've traveled to many states and gotten price quotes for the FUE operation. Nashville Hair Doctor got me a Very good deal based on market value, which is why I went with them. All the staff were professional, kind, and accommodating.
My surgeon Jessica was competent, reassuring, and eminently charming. She didn't just ask what I wanted and agree to do it. Rather, she educated me, so instead of choosing a weird hairline which I would regret later, I made an informed decision. Shout out to Jessica! ❤️
