Reall review where I appreciate n happy with ms Thelma n mari they done they r job well n im happy.... as a far from products n management im disappointed first of all I pay for whole one year service and I received only 11 months n its 6000$ n that is not small money n when I said one month left they front desk lady she said will one month you didnt come .. whatever date or appointment you guys give me I did come when your own salon hade no opening what is my fault? N also they give me the product that I all ready few months before told them I hade allergies reaction hitches n pimples n my scalp n her replies was will we have to GET RID OF THEM 🤔 ARE YOU SERIOUSE your giving me something that damge my hair which I pay a lot of money n not getting what I suppose to get .im very sad n upset I still have very bad hair full not helped me at all n they didnt give me serious or products that I pay for ... please make sure think before you spend your money here not happy at all you guys dont deserve even one stare 👎👎👎👎👎

I had a disappointing experience with this hair club. From the moment I signed up, it felt like they were more interested in taking my money than actually taking care of me. The products they provided caused damage to my hair instead of improving it. I expected personalized care and support, but instead, I received minimal attention and guidance. To make matters worse, when I signed up, I was told I could cancel within a month, but it turns out the actual policy is only three days. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for genuine hair care. Save your money and look elsewhere! I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I would give them a 0-star review…

This center struggles. I had the worst experience. So much so that I had to take new hair after having cut in at this center to another stylist. The stylist asked me if HairClub finished cutting in the new hair because it was definitely not finished and gapped. Honestly, I would take some of the 5-star reviews with a grain of salt.

Hairclub has been taking care of me and my thinning hair issues for the last few months. They have been fabulous at following up and making sure that my needs are being met.
