There always been amazing with my pets and amazing prices and little man loves his doctor she is amazing we love her and when my dog went to them he was in bad shape and no hair they got him amazing medicine and now he is completely better

We brought my daughters dog and they took care of her right away and made her feel very comfortable. She was so nervous and they were so understanding and sweet to her. She is very hyper and they were able to keep her calm

My 5 year old half corgi/dachshund (Birdie) would have died last Friday if I wouldn't have taken her to PetWellClinic - Midland Plaza Alcoa. The entire staff was excellent. While they weren't equipped to deal with an emergency in house, they told me the seriousness of Birdie's symptoms and called the ER instead of just telling me to go there and closing up shop for the night. The wait at the ER was 4 - 6 hours. Birdie did not have 4 - 6 hours to wait, and the doctor immediately pivoted and called UT Vetinary Research Hospital (Small Animals) in Knoxville and explained all of the symptoms Birdie had.
