Called in early morning on a weekend as our ACU stopped working. Ryan sent a guy within few minutes to have it checked. He did a temporary fix last summer to save me some money but now he advised to have the unit replaced. I was worried about costing so he offered me payment arrangements. I highly recommend this company as they really care for their customers. They are always my "go to" people. Thank you Ryan and Patty! ?

Water heater blew up, employee named Devry (I believe), came and made sure my newly renovated basement was as free of water as it could, and gave great advice on getting the basement back to working order. Great service.

Of course as soon as it got cold my old furnace stopped working. I called one company who came out and quoted me over 5K to replace it. I was upset as I didn’t want to spend that. I decided to call around and called Vortex in Weyburn. I’m in Pangman. They came out same day, I had given a brief description of the issue and they knew exactly what part to replace and the tech brought it with him. 20 mins and and did the work for a VERY reasonable cost. I will never call anyone else. If you’re in Weyburn or in the surrounding towns call Vortex. They are honest good people, which is so hard to find these days.
