Got a 9yo samsung stove that had a burner acting up. I think I know what I need so I call a few places....no help without the stove model number. Then I get this guy named Mitch at Baywest, he actually TRIES to help with the info I have on hand and asks me to call later when I have the model info. He finds the part and orders it. It comes in and I cant pick it up because Im at home with a sick 4yo. He brings it to my wifes work on his lunch break!!! ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY!

Amazing! Seriously impressed! Dropped my dryer off at 8:40 am, thermostat replaced and back on my truck by 9:40 in working order. Wow! Give these people a call if you need a repair! $203 with taxes! Super reasonable price for that repair!
