He advised that the anode would not require changing every year.

Universal is a reputable company who stands by their products. We had an issue with our furnace and the team was very responsive to our needs. They went above and beyond to make the situation right which demonstrated their commitment to customer service. I would recommend Universal. They’re a top notch company.
I low-key wish A/C were something you replaced often as these guys were amazing to work with. They came out immediately for a quote and fit us in right before the heat wave. The installers went above and beyond and even noticed/smelled the smallest little gas leak which no other contractors or service people noticed. Jason and Colin were on top of all the communication with their guys and kept us in the know of every new discovery which happens when your house is 60 years old. They changed out our breaker, ran a ground wire that we never had and fix the gas leak on top of getting us an awesome deal on an A/C unit. Thanks guys!
