Jason is a really nice guy to deal with. I had them come out for an AC service. Later I discovered an issue with the service that was provided. They dealt with it very professionally and were very proactive. They came out that day and fixed everything to make sure the AC was running properly. They didn't charge me for the appointment where they had to come out and fix stuff.
More power to them
Jason and his team are outstanding. Used them recently for a pool heater repair. They were quick to respond and had excellent follow up to make sure the issue was fixed. Highly recommend
We had new countertops and sinks installed in our kitchen and two of the bathrooms. The old plumbing drains did not align with the new sinks. The existing plumbing had no slip joints. Our countertop supplier recommended Universal Plumbing and Heating. Reviews online were good so we went with this company. A young man named Lundyn did the work for us and did an excellent job. He replaced all the ABS under the sinks, tested everything and cleaned up what little debris was created. Very efficient and he knows what he is doing. If we need plumbing done in the future, I would not hesitate to hire Universal Plumbing and Heating.
